For those asking why I'm writing on county assembly of isiolo I'm just trying to creat awareness on Creation of Effective Citizen Participation in isiolo county Government Budgeting:  and provide Practical Tips and Examples for Elected MCA's since they are clueless and our resources is being misused.

My reports only provides details about the challenges facing effective public participation on isiolo county government budgeting decisions, and examples and practical tips on informing, listening and encouraging more informed citizens' opinions and priorities about our county government budgets. Creating Effective Citizen Participation in isiolo county Government Budgeting: Practical Tips and Examples for members of county assembly and Budget Administrators  from executive side.

We must address three main questions in detail:as a responsible electorates because our resources is being misused.


(1) How is the current budget and proposed budget information being made available in a way more easily understood by isiolians?

(2) How can county government leaders seek and receive our input, other than the small number who use the community's comment period of regular board meetings?

(3) Three tools to help us focus on the trade-offs that the elected MCA's face? We must demand for Three ways -- online simplified budget amounts; short-term citizen study groups; and budgeting in a group game exercise must be offered offered to better engage us the people.
